The company which I work at bought a cnc machine backup image from
national automation india via Prabhat Mishra. The claim was that we
should pay 100% in advance and they will upload the image to an online
storage device/cloud. They sent us the invoice,after the payment has been effectuated they stopped
answering. We have documented evidence. They have also been using a
turkish company ilegaly, without they approval for marketing reasons, we
have called the turkish company and they said they have no business with
national automation India and they have cheated them in many ways, and
asked them to remove the company details from the website but with no
results.
Please help us, what can be done?
