I have to inform you that I received a telephonic call from your Mumbai office on 04.11.2010 at 4.48pm, the person on line informed me that someone has hacked my credit card, after that he asked some questions about my identity, like my mothers name, my date of birth etc. Finnally he informed me that they are going to block my credit card, to avoid its misuse, when I checked my credit account at 6.01pm same day, there was not any amount debit in my a/c (copy of the statement is being enclosed for your ready reference) But when I checked my a/c on 06.11.2010, my account shows dr. amount of Rs.7468.21 on 03.11.2010 & Rs.29677.65 dr. on.04.11.2010. So it clearly shows that even after two hours time the amount was not dr in my a/c, it shows your official has not taken timly action, the same could had been saved me from harrasment. Further I have to inform you that I have deposited cheque amounting to Rs.16000/- vide ch no.803412 dt.15.11.2010. Keeping in view the above stated facts, you are requested kindly look into the matter and reverse the debited amount to enable me use my card. I hope you will do the needfull immidiately.
