On the occasion of my wife's birthday i.e. 11th Fab 2018, I had wished to gift a mobile phone but due to some monetary issue I had searched for easy EMI Options through Online and found "EMICLUB | EASY EMI WITHOUT CREDIT CARD" site and filled all details and submitted on 7th Feb 2018 and all communications are given below.

Within 1 hr One Call Received from +********8405, on 7th Feb 14:44 ( As per True Caller Name - Emi Vinod1, Taxi Service, Airtel Delhi India.) and he explained me the plan and EMI option ( FORWARDED THROUGH MAIL ) and insist me to deposit/transfer Rs. 1500 for Samsung Galaxy J7 prime for down payment and rest EMI - 1920/ Month of 06, ( instead of 06 months he wrongly sent a mail for 24 months ). As per his advise I had paid Rs. 1500 through Paytm to club Mobile no - ********39, wallet txn id - 1********19, on 7th Feb, 2:57 pm.

Seeing the lowest downpayment and easy EMI facility, Again I have booked Apple iPhone X silver 64 gb with negotiated amount Rs. 77000

Next day on 08th Feb received one call from same no and mail for deposit of Rs. 2000 for delivery charge, that time I have denied to pay that money because they have not intimated earlier, but after a request of the same person finally agreed to transfer the amount and transferred Rs. 2059.94 to Ac no - 20439399336 wallet txn id - 1********19, IMPS REF NO - ********5774, kanak kumar Gupta, on 08th Feb 12:59 pm. At that time he promised to deliver both the mobiles at 06:00 pm.
I have waited until that time and start calling after 06:24 pm and tried 8 times to the same Mobile no but not responded. Again tried on 09th Feb he has responded that time and again promised for 3:00 pm delivery and after 03:00 he has not picked my call after rang 19 times, then phone got switched off.

After that, I have tried from various mobile/landlines no but the phone got switched off, to also the same situation but when I have called my office no he picked it and disconnected immediately after hard my tone.

Request you please help me to get back my Amount Rs. 6134.87 and stop the chitting activity for others.

Also forwarding you the second mail of Delivery charge immediate after this mail.
