Respected Sir

I am writing this mail after so irritation and harrsment from uninor Service provider.

We are using 3 uninor mobile no. 1 is my & second my wife & 3 my sister. My cell no 7383085608.

my first issue is whenever we try to dail customer care no. there are no instraction how to talk with Customer care executive. so we are unable to talk with executive & raised any query.

my second issue is after every 2 or 3 days, without our concer they start service like web, and all which we dont have knowdge, deduct amount from my account including my wife & sister. I lost so many rupees due to their fauly.

My 3rd issue is network is very poor. ever i go to city area & my office on 3rd floor, but on 3rd floor network not reachable.

My 4th issue is i activate Uninor GPR service after giving Rs 48 monthly, but every time when i start gpr is not working & my money lost. due this poor service now i dont activate this service.

My 5th complain. they give assuraty Rs 1 everyday you can send 100 msg. but on my wife no.. when we send msg every msg they charge Rs 1.

I am trying to contact their customer care no from last 2 hr. but not possible to contact them
