I ordered product online from Timtara.com on 26 july my order details are

10296360 (1 x 24 KT Gold Foil Lord Ganesha Engraved Card) on 26july amount RS. 115/-
. through my email id sunny_behal123@yahoo.com. Till date have not received product or money back. I requested for cancellation of my order 22 August 2012. and no action till date has been taken on this. Each and Every time customer care guys raise another request to cancel the order and no action is taken on earlier request. and I have not have anything in my hand now. I call them almost daily and every time the same repeated answer is given, they have sent an email to backend team. and your order will be cancelled within 48 hours. Even no status is changes since last 40 days. It always showed status "Awaiting Shipment."
I have been mailing below email ids since last 40 days. but on one replies to it

Forget your money. Its like Banging your head against the wall. I ordered Seagate Hardisk when I was in college by saving the money for a year and absolutely you know the consequences. Anyways, these guy were Frauds who developed trust by shipping few orders at a great discount and later cheated on people. This was a huge scam, don't know why the govt. didn't take any actions.
There were numerous complaints registered at online consumer court forum, but even they paid no heed. So when Govt. turns a blind eye, I guess you have to personally drag the culprit to courthouse and file a case.
My money is gone, your too, and anyone else with all those who confided in Timtara.
Now they have shut down the website too.
