It's a complaint about a fraud company named "Desk Creative Business Solution Pvt Ltd"

I was looking for a personal loan as per my needs and got to know about this fraud company. Got in contact with Abhishek who told me he'll provide a loan amount of rs. 1.5lac. After submitting the documents he demanded rs 3500 as file processing fee, I submitted the amount in below mentioned bank account:

Post that he sent an email stating my loan is approved and will get diapersed in next 2-3 days after waiting for a week, I called himagain to check the status and then he again asked for money to process the loan faster. I Denied to pay the amount and and requested to refund the comission amount. He then stopped answering my calls and responding to my messages.

They claimed to be located at Noida sector 66,but there is no such office located there. After waiting for a good 3 weeks, Abhishek refused to take my calls and to refund any amount. He is nowhere intrested is processing any loans and even after searching for the company online, i figured out I am not the only one suffering from this. He did this fraud with many others.

I want my money back and you'll have to pay for the frqud you've been doing.
