I have booked bus ticket from Guntur to Chennai with booking ID PNR number ABRS3286442 on 17-01-2015. I have never ever seen such a worst bus service in my life. They have stopped the bus at sullurupet (which is 100 Kilometers before to chennai). Ask us to get down the bus as bus can't go further. I have asked them for the alternate bus. They simply said go by any other bus or auto by ur own expenditure.


I would request you to refund my amount as they have not fulfilled the journey as they promised. And please escalate this matter to the concern department as it should be a eye open to private travels.

I have attached few of the photograph how the passengers suffered on the road in a chilled winter time. There are women and old men who suffered with this worst service.


I have reached gummidipundi (which is 30 km from spot where bus was stop[ed) by share Auto and went to Chennai by train from there.
