I have seen a ad in olx.in in the below link

The seller person is Aamir he told that he will courier the shoes if i transfers him Rs800 to his brother's account
so I have transferred Rs800.
Its been more than 3 months over but I haven’t received the product yet and he has not refunded the money too.
When I call him he does not picks the call.
Could you please help me in this issue?
