Dear sir
Airtel is shameless. It has hidden policy to robe money indirectly from people. My mobile ********69 has valid GPRS DATA balance 5 mb now 10:40pm on 25th August 2013 but it deducted Main A/c balance Rs 21. It made this mistake four to five times. So I do not use GPRS Service often. But I knock at India Consumer at once if resolution will not be made.
