I have made registration with this firm for full time maid and given rs.10000 as registration fee on 19.02.2016. they ensured me to provide full time maid whose monthly salary should be 8000 aprx. by 20.02.2016.
today is 24.02.2016, and they are just telling, maid is coming. I have to call them multiple times per day, but they are not responding. the head office no. ********98 and their pune office no. is +91 ********90. I am now asking for refund and they are denying it. please look into this matter seriously.
I work as sr.statistical officer in central govt. I was in urgent need of maid to take care of my kids and do other domestic works. that is why, I first confirmed with them, but they befooled me.
my regtn no. on reciept is 2525.
please, help me to get my 10000 rs( ten thousand rs back)
