Dear Sir/Mam,

Mera Name Vivek Agrawal hai or mein village Mohgaon Distt- Mandla mein rehta hu. karan yah ki mene Indore ke Nehru Nagar place me Reliance ka Internet connetion (broadband connetion) liya tha Jiska User ID is 34********03 and my billing account number is 100000120398895 hai. karan yah ki mene apna connecion 27 may 2013 ko band karwa diya tha.. or connection band hone ke baad mene reliance ki service use nhi ki. Reliance ki service band karwane ke baad bhi mere paas bill aa rhe hai. or mujhe ye kaha ja rha hai ki agar aap bill paid nhi karte ho to aapki file court bhej di jayegi.. jab mene reliance coustmar care par call kiya or poocha ki mere dwara service band karwane ke baad bhi bill kyo aa rhe hai to unhone kaha ki iski jaankari hamare paas nahi hai.
