Hi All,

I have attached the online booking detail for travelling from Central to Anna Nagar on 10th Nov. The booking person in Central station said

1. Vehicle that you requested for was not available
2. I have to take Tavera and Cost will be Rs.480.00
3. Online booking has to be cancelled separately, it neither be included with Rs.480 or cancelled from their end.

So, I took Tavera for 480.00 and came home. Now I am at office accessing internet to cancel the booking and I find no option to refund or cancel the booking. Please refund my amount.
