I received an SMS regarding free service of my Honda Twister from Innovative Honda. But when i reached the innovative honda service centre, c.g. road then i surprised to notice that they were charging Rs.250/- for the service. which i refused to pay, because it was like a clear case of cheating for me. They argued that it was by fault, such message was sent. My bike had a single problem which, they agreed to provide the service on the condition that i would have to pay the labour charge. When i inquired about the labour charge they refused to say anything. I took my bike back without being serviced.

My only contention is by taking so much pain, i visit all along from Vastral, to C.G. Road (approx 15 kms) and they behaved like that it was all my mistake to visit them by relying on their message. I wish, such incident should not happen with others.
