Adhunik Cargo Packers and Movers - False promise & Money Fraud

\"Non-delivery of all goods as promised and money fraud\"


I have booked my package with \"Adhunik Cargo Packers & Movers\", Kolkata and my consignment number is 093 dated 11th October 09 from Kolkata to Vizag with full advance taken from my back account cheque. My order is taken by Mr.Saraf.

Following are the issues with this company:-
1. Door to door delivery of all goods is promised by written but not delivered till date.

2. Customer as to arrange a vehicle to collect the goods and Mr. Saraf of \"Adhunik Cargo Packers & Movers\" has promised that he will deposit the money next day if we arrange the vehicle. But he never deposited the money as promised.

3. After repeated reminders through calls & sms, Mr.Saraf is not responding.

I would request all customers not to book with this Company where customer is not given value.

Complainant's Goal: To get back my goods, money and others should not face this problem like me.
