Western Railway - Extra money chargred for pay and park

As per the pay and park receipt. It is clearly mentioned that for parking 12hrs it is 10rs and if it is more than 12hrs it is 20rs for two wheelers.
But the contractor (Mahesh Chandra Ramlal Modi) personals are directly charging 20rs irrespective of the time.

i went ticket counter at Vile parle station (east) to buy ticket for kurla to chembur RETURN with rupees of 10/- but lady counter dont know harbour line well and gave not return ticket with rupees of 5/- and have told her starting kurla to chembur RETURN And she said u should have tell me, told her word RETURN and politely asked her give back rupees of 10/- , shes like cant change and CANNOT give, and said to me dont waste time. THEN i went to second row, man counter also not helpful and said to me cant change, please ask madam. Before i used to buy kurla to chembur (return) - other man counter gave return and i have no problem.
i want action against them, this is first time that lady and Man (both neighbour inside ticket counter) today 09-08-2018 around 4:40-4:50 pm at vile parle station and u can check cctv camera inside ( proof )
request YOU to FINED THEM, dont want trouble passengers.
