Self bought a duplex bunglow in Tirthak Bunglows, behind Nilamber 3, wagodia road. Meter was fixed in the month of May 2010 but till date Bill not issued. On approaching twice / thrice they keep on saying that it will come next month. I am worried that further for how many months it will be piled up & at a time it will become difficult to pay. Pls advise the good course of action.
