I bought a Flat from the builder at their Eisha Loreal site. Paid them 15% money and completed teh registration. Conditions mentioned on their booking form states that if any cancellation takes place before registration they will charge Rs. 25,000 and Rs. 100,000 after registration. 30 days after registeration, I contacted them and requested a cancellation of my booking becasue of their lack of communication on importnat matters and also becasue of personal reasons. I requested them to refund my money less the Rs. 100,000 cancellation charges. I was informed by their Genral Sales manager that they company has an unwritten practice of not refunding money to an individual who canels the booking till another buyer is found. It has now been over 90 days, I am awiating the rturn of Rs. 10 lakhs from them. They will not respond to my mails or return my calls.. They have cheated me and continue their unethical practices. Citizens should be careful to buy any property from them. Their Director Mr. Swaran Singh had told me that money will be refunded immediately specially since I was unhappy with their business practices. They did not want a disgruntled owner in their complex. This builder has several complaints filed with the Pune Municipal Corporation. Be Cautious before you do business with Eisha.
