With reference to your ( COE / COD ) letter dated 03.01.2014 and 21.01.2014, I astonished to note the contents of the letter again dt 21.04.2014 send via you on dated 25th April 2014 , received via me on 28th April 2014. In you previous letter you have advised me to apply for the “ Improvement Of The Marks “ to “ The Controller of Examination “ for May 2014 exam but haven’t given me any end date / format for applying for it,details and I did so via letter of mine date 1st April 2014 received via you on 8th April 2014 but you now telling that prior permission required to do so , COE is asking for Request letter from me and COE is not giving permission who knows all details from 2011* own wards / past – dual Diplomacy ,were is university other officials’ or its control via COE only whose Prior Negligence’s is mine career set back “ Survey Report “ of ST Peters the PROOF . Please note that I am making correspondence for “ Improvement of Marks “in the mark sheet and I did it. It is noting but to create confusion and kill time thinking on state and KM difference, the thoughts. If you are / were clear you must had accepted it advising me the correct process contrary you are killing valuable time.

An COE who is not sincere towards his works always shows his Power and plays with his Power and twist and turn and Kills Time , plays politics with the students [ letter dated written on 21.04.2014 but send on 25th April 2014 KNOWINGLY to Kill Time ...Student on ...thoughts energetic loos ] FOCUS CONCENTRATION ATTENTION lacks " as it did from 2006 till May 2012 therefore result 3rd Division and that too before Exam the dramatic workout with no!! books , is too proven here the University present authority Motive is reverse of the founder Honorable Dr.RM.ALAGAPPA CHETTIAR " He harboured a firm conviction that education is an absolute must for a human being to become productive, wholesome and humane " Example is the wrong Venue of exam center send to candidate dated May 2011 when its an Metro City were Distance travel takes Hours in these Kio's,no communication or website interactive the then with university?? and even on going exam then too he and his department is not clear of the real address of the on going exam ( exam started at 10:00 AM was Informed of real Venue at 11:45 AM ,reach exam center at 12:25 PM ,center Authority to external request to call CEO to call them then only they could allow on exam , COE call back , started to give exam from 12:45 PM till 02:00 PM only 1 hr 15 Min of 3 hours Papers and again next sitting starts sharp from 02:00 PM to 05:00 PM ,what was mine hand and mental condition as similar prototype happened these that every years of there knowingly negligence for those who doesn't pay extra as they demanded ) , then do the investigation of all those got degree from 2006 - 2011 shouldn't be verified of there ingenuity of not dummy appearance?? and why does all okays when TMC came to power in the state and from April 2012,and document's at St Peters and its Accounts transaction, were forced entry as student's want Service Support and Mental Peace than Humiliation to Time Killing " TO BE NOT TO BE ON THOUGHTS" ' Hitter To Titter ' , an Energetic Loos .

I, therefore request you to please advise me what will be the correct procedure to obtain permission for “ Improvement Of The Marks “ and without more delay allow me to Sit on MAY 2014 exam which will Proof your Genuineness towards education of Alagappa University Establishment & a Student Time Trauma / Agony or on Excuses “ to take revenge “ .

Who wants’ an Degree & why No ads in West Bengal Papers of these university from 2012.
