I have mobile no ********60 and my consumer relationship no is 100958012. I am having account since last twenty years having a dynamic credit limit Rs 27700/- I have already instructed for making payment through ECS Mandate registered a long back.
My bill for the period 18.02.16 to 17.03.16 of Rs 978.27 due on 05.04.2016 was dishonored not due to sufficient balance but on the part of mistake of Vodafone as they had sent the renewal instruction of ECS Mandate to bank and i received ECS Message which said that
HELLO, YOUR ECS FOR VODAFONE BILL PAYMENT HAS BEEN DISHONOURED DUE TO ECS MANDATE NOT RECEIVED. PLEASE PAY BY CASH IMMEDIATELY. PLEASE IGNORE IF ALREADY PAID. RECD ON 01.02.34 PM WEDNESDAY.
When i contacted to customer care executive mr Subhash on 199 he didn't reply properly and told me to visit my bank and Vodafone store. Suitable action should be taken against the employee.
The whole matter has to be looked into it as the mistake has been committed by Vodafone.
all service providers are free to do any think they want, Gov have no control on them
Even I had lots of complain regarding connectivity and still unsolved.
