Respected Sir,

With due respect and humble submission to state the following few lines for your
kind consideration and favourable action please.

I above named individual was purchasing the new one connection of Sundirect
DTH South Plan with five months free subscription worth is Rs 1490/- on 18 Jul 2011
from KAI DIGITAL, Authorised Distributor of Sun Direct TV Pvt Ltd. MY SMART CARD NO IS 412********. The distributor reach my house at around 2130h on 18 Jul 2011 and installed the dth service to my home at that time the dth service not work properly then he activate the service next day i.e 19 Aug 2011.

After a week, I tried to activate the add on pack hindi movie of Filmy channel on
internet through sundirect customer selfcare, when I saw the dth service is not in my
name and it was purchased few months before and it owned someone then I
immediately contact the distributor on his mobile number (0********46) and clarify the said happening. When the distributor installed the DTH service truth was veiled me and he promised to activate the DTH for five months free subscription and change the smart card address.

Now the service totally out of action till 18 Aug 2011 morning again I was
approached few times to the distributor on his mobile but he does not attend or resume the DTH service. The distributor cheating me and I feel very poor now what can I do.

Some mobile tele-conversation between me and the distributor recorded. The date
wise recording mobile teleconversation as an evidence of the cheating if required it will fwd to your est for your ready ref please. Challan of the distributor is attached.

In view of the above you are requested to resume the DTH Service and provide
the quality service and five months free subscription plan to me please
