docket no.C28215406 was delivered to nearby address and not at the actual address.
When i contacted the nearby location, they refused to return the courier.
The courier came from online shopping site infibeam order no/Purchase Id : 7529889

Complainant's Goal: I want to pay the Courier company for my order/ return my order money

Tracking no is G********, 20days ho chuka avi tak courier nahi pahuche hai, courier 19-8-2017 ko nahi pahuche to courier refund kr Duna , dusre bar se kavi v DTDC courier service make nahi mangauna DTDC courier is very bad sarvice

My daughter sent me a courier docket no. H32368951 on 10th Aug.
It is still undelivered. No phone numbers are working at Jallandhar HO and tracking system is useless.

Mera Corrier "Z 21042619"jo 13 oc.ko noida se chala,aur 18 octo.se gorakhpur city branch me rakha hua hai 5 din ho gya aur city k undar ki delivary nahi kara pa rhe hai ye log,phon kro to uthata nahi hai koi..Bhot Bad Service hai aapki.Kripya krke GKP branch ko khe ki Wo mera corrier jald se jald pahuchane ka kast kre,us par 2 mobile no.diya hua hai,contect to krna chahiye unhe.Mobile...********10

I sThe service of DTDC really sucks! They have absolutely no business ethics at all.
Most of the contact nos don’t work, and when they do work, the person on the other end gives a very rude replying saying don’t call this no. call the customer care.
The customer care seems to be very understaffed, as they have not been able to handle even a single call in last 2 days.Maybe the operators are out delivering parcels.
The website is there like a showpiece, they neither reply to mails, nor to calls!I would highly recommend to all people, that DO NOT send your parcels by DTDC.
