On 16th January 2013, I have called up Unity radio cab for a cab booking for 17th Jan 2013. I agreed on the charges and informed them that it is the lady who is going to be picked. So i asked them to send a decent driver. They informed me that you will receive SMS about the cab and the driver. However till the next morning, I did not receive any message. When I called them repeatedly, I was told that driver will call them in some time. After waiting for half an hour, driver came. When my relative boarded the cab, she realized that driver was in drunken state. She was scared but had no option other than to board a cab. When the driver reached to drop place, he asked for more money than the meter. Since she was scared, she obliged for his order. When I called up Unity cab, they told me that they will check and will let me know. The cab number is MH - 14 CS - 2075.

The customer service is poor, they dont have manners to how to talk the the customers, they dont use to call back or even they dont pick up the phone. On top of it they even did not provided me the cab.
The bad facility they use to provide. they should shut down the cab service they give to people, as its really a disaster.
Very poor service. They cancel cabs without informing you. Staff is very rude and arrogant and tehy shout at you.
Worst cab service in Pune.
