Guys,

Please do not deal with Indiabull Housing Finance Ltd if you do not want to deal with the most inefficient customer Service with equally bad top management.I have availed 2 loans from them vide loan account no.s HHLTHN33323740 and HHEBOR00355715, and I am sure you will avoid them once you read the kind of ordeal that I am facing since last 35 days.

1. On 25/10/18 I sent an Email Request on homeloans@indiabulls.com requesting for a " LIST OF DOCUMENTS ( LOD ) " and i got an automated response bearing reference no.IHF-105346-D3V2F5 confirming receipt of my email on 25/10/18.

2. Nothing happens till 06/11/18 & I sent a gentle reminder on 07/11/18.

3. Nothing happens & I made a call on their toll free number 1********77 & to my utter surprise the customer service executive tells me confidently that my request has not been raised with the concerned department, for which I have the call recording with myself.

4.since than I have lost count of number of calls made by me on their toll free number , each time wasting 20 minutes to 40 minutes in waiting to get an executive speak to me & give me a different commitment.

5.In between I spoke to a gentleman by the name Mr.Kali Prasad on Landline no.022 46131501 from their Borivali branch who informed me very cordially his inability to extract the LOD because of system restrictions despite the fact that one of the above loans is disbursed from Borivali branch

6. Frustrated with the above I found out the official Email ID of Mr.Gagan Banga ( Vice Chairman & MD - Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd ) & sent him detailed emails, explaining my ordeal with his team on 23/11/18 as well as 27/11/18 with copies marked to the customer care.

7. To my utter surprise, none of my emails to Mr.Banga have been acted upon till date with couple of " Cut & Paste " emails being sent by the same customer care department containing meaning less assurances of best of services and valuing their relationship with me.

8. Again I have wasted 20 minutes on a call to their toll free number today i.e. 29/11/18 to hear the same old commitment of " It will take another 5 to 7 working days " & a senior will call you in next 24 working hours,which has never happened in last 1 month.

And all of the above is for an simple piece of information " LIST OF DOCUMENTS " which should be available off the shelf.
