Natural Ice Creams - Dissatisfied With Customer Service and handling

I visited Natural Ice Cream parlor in wanowrie at around 10.45 pm on 12/May/2012. After selecting my ice cream the total came up to Rs 120. I paid the cashier Rs 200. In the mean time i checked my wallet for change so that the cashier dose not have any problem and told him i have 50Rs change and he can return my 100Rs.

But to my surprise the cashier immediately refused and told me that i never game him 100 rs and had given him 150 instead of 200 rs. After arguing the lady sitting next to him ( i suppose her boss) who was SHABBILY dressed screams and tells me to leave my number and if she finds excess money she will call me and then i should come and collect my money.

Now to come and collect my 50rs i should spend my 100 rs of fuel. So i told her to keep the change and went out.

Now my point is simple that if you are following the scheme of Beg, Borrow , and steal kindly put a Board of the same so that the customer are aware of the same and can take care.

One more friendly advice kindly train your staff for some etiquette & manners. And of course the dressing sense
