Hi ,
So I purchased an IFB dishwasher a few months back but am highly digusted with the kind of customer support your company provides. Its really a shame that such a big and reputed company can offer such poor after sales service. It been over 2 - 3 months that my dishwasher has been giving problem and is making this strange noise while its working. I reported this to your customer care and have repeatedly complaint regarding this. I am sure if you pull out a complaint history from your system you will see it for yourself. So finally one day a technician decided to visit and he reported that the motor was not working and need to be replaced. He said he would get the motor and replace it in a weeks time but he returned one sudden day after 1 month and that too just to realise he had got the wrong motor with him!! WOW..!! I mean really is that what I should expect from a company like IFB!!?? Then when my mom told him that you have been ignoring our complaint for so long he had the cheek to tell her that there is no problem its your utensils that are of low quality!!! You should really give training to your executives and teach them how they should talk to the customers. Finally, 2 weeks back he changed the motor and said in case the problem persists then kindly inform us and I shall see again. The problem persisted and we complaint to the customer care again and received like million calls after the complaint asking about the problem and to every call we answered in the negative saying it has not been resolved. Then, today was the height when that technician called my mom and screamed at her for lodging a complaint again!! EXCUSE ME!! i seriously don't approve of this behaviour and would really not recommend anyone to buy any IFB products!! A company where the technicians do not have basic etiquettes and customers have no importance, its shameful and disgraceful!!! I don't know if you will be urged to take any action in this regard after this complaint also but nevertheless waiting for some action from your end. Also, the technician who came his name is Mr. Anil and number is ********25. Kindly make sure he is not the one who attends any of my complaints in the future or else I shall take serious action. Also, if I do not hear from your end in the next 3 working days I shall appeal to the consumer court for harassment of customers.!!
