The cheque (#26517) you have given for refund of my gas connection has been bounced. I have also served you a notice regarding this, but I haven't seen any activity from your side to repay the amount.

If you did not pay the amount by end of this month (ie, 31-OCT-2012) I will file a complaint in the court.
You will soon hear from my lawyer.

Same is the case with me , its been 7 months , no response and false tentative dates are been promised.

Not responding for phone calls/sms and mails too.

Please tell me whether you got your amt back . how to proceed further ..pls advise
