Southern Railway - Discrepancy in allotment of berth against RAC

I was travelling by Bangalore express (16525) from Tiruvalla to Bangalore on 1st April 012. My berth position was RAC 1 when i boarded the train at Tiruvalla. On the way the berth was allotted to other people and i ended up sharing a berth with somebody. I would like to know the basis of out of turn allotment. My PNR number was 4551912393.
