We have ordered a barbie Order No.GTBC-3128 from giftstobangalorecity on feb 14 2018 and they assured that order will be delivered within 21 feb 2018, but till now date no delivery.When we tried to call them they hang up the call during conversation and after that they will not pick the calls.'

Please take immediate action.
