Dear Sir/madam,

For your kind Attention:

As our group (42 PAX) traveled in Gulf Air on 31st OCT 2017 from NJE BAH COK (Najaf /Bahrain/ Cochin)
Due to turbulent wind of fine dust the flight was delayed almost 9 hrs in Najaf airport and we departed at 08.20pm from Najaf Airport.

Please find below Flight schedule:

GF 204W 31OCT T*NJFBAH HK23 1220 1355 /E

GF 270W 31OCT T BAHCOK*HK23 2030 0330 01NOV W /E

we arrived Bahrain airport at 10.30pm and we missed our connection flight to COK which the scheduled departure was 08.30 pm.We have immediately approached GF Airport Transit desk for the next move ,
Unfortunately the behavior of the supervisor was so embarrassing,They have informed that we can catch only the next day's flight at 08.30PM on 1st NOV 2017 which is more than 20hrs waiting time.
As usual all airline will provide Hotel accommodation in such cases but the concerned staff of GF informed us that they can't provide hotel accommodation to the group and advised to sleep in Airport by issuing vouchers for three time meal (Dinner, Breakfast & lunch)

Thais was so bad and miserable to all the Group members especially aged people in the group,
We requested repeatedly to all the staffs in GF transit counter including the supervisor for providing hotel accommodation considering the old aged Pax but denied by them.
We have no other go and all the Pax including aged persons slept in Bahrain Airport floor area.(Please find attached photos which shows the sufferings we have go through)
We never expected such an irresponsible respond from Gulf Air which is proudly announcing "The national aircraft of Bahrain"

Humbly request please take up this matter by the grievance cell officers and kindly take an immediate action and compensate us for the sufferings faced by the Group of 42 Pax in Bahrain Airport on 31st OCT 2017 .
