F.O. : DL10********012, NAME : POOJA PRAKASH : DOB : 13.06.1993
I have applied for renew of a passport vide file no. DL10********012 dated 26/12/2012. the police verification done on 01.01.2013. till date the passport have not been issued.

I have lodged a Complaint vide Request Number 1330138366 dated 12,03,2013. The reply of this letter was received on 15.3.2012 from APO(PG).

But till date the passport was not received. please help me

Dear Sir/Madam

Passport not Received

I am RABIN KUMAR DEV. I have applied PASSPORT on 29-08-2013 with FILE No : GU10********813 Police verification is also completed and It is clear certified. All documents attached on application are correct. When I Enquired on Police Passport Enquiry Cell they mentioned that it has been sent to PASSPORT OFFICE with REFERENCE NO -23/4/(2)2013-SB(PP)3131-3143 and Serial No - 7 on 22-10-2013

So Now I request you to let me know the status and when can I receive my PASSPORT. It has already been delayed. I am in need of my PASSPORT for my visa processing for my arab health attend meeting . So please help me out in matter and I really appreciate your time in considering my request.

I would be obliged if you give a kind look to my request and give an early response.
