I have placed an order on 19 Nov 2013 vide order number BOI44855. As per the shipping policy given on the website the shipment is to reach me within 4-5 working days. However, shipping details have not been intimated till now which is fifth working days. The book is required as it is set of question papers required for competitive exams.
