I paid INR 59,992/- for Club Mahindra membership on 03rd Jan\'09 by way of credit card for 12 month, zero interest payment option. On 13th Jan\'09, I informed Club Mahindra call Centre to cancel my membership. On 15th Jan\'09 I followed my telephonic Cancellation with an Email to club mahindra. On 07th Feb\'09 still deducted
INR 28,330/- by submitting my credit card transaction slip. After my repeated exchange of mails company has agreed to cancel my membership and refund the money. But for last 6 months I have not received my cheque. Kindly advise how to proceed against the fraudulent company like Club Mahindra?
Dear Ravindra and all affected people of Club Mahindra,
I support this complaint. It seems that Club Mahindra is a big fraud company. We all should join hands and should file a complaint in Consumer court. Even after visiting their local branch office they are reluctant to give our money back and take us for granted.
