I HAD PURCHASED A NEW MARUTI RITZ VXI 2012 MODEL FROM TANYA MOTORS, Chippi Tank, Meerut. THE CAR WAS/IS ORIGINALLY FITTED WITH APOLLO TYRES. THE CAR HAS NOT DONE EVEN 10000 KILOMETRES ON THE ODOMETER BUT ONE TYRE HAVING A MANUFACTURING DEFECT DEFLATES ON ITS OWN FREQUENTLY. I DEMAND IMMEDIATE REPLACEMENT FROM THE COMPANY EITHER AP0LLO TYRES LIMITED OR MARUTI INDIA LIMITED. IRONICALLY THE GROOVES ON THE TYRE ARE INTACT.
The Registration No. of the vehicle is UP - 15 BB - 4081.
The matter has also been reported to Maruti Suzuki India Limited and the case is resting with them with Reference No. 619533.
Complainant's Goal: I want to get the tyre replaced immediately as it has a manufacturing defect
