Hi
I had Ordered the 20000 mAh MI Powerbank white color With 128gb Samsung
Memory Card worth value of Rs.1098/- . However on receipt found that MI Power bank not working properly and found to be defective on arrival itself. I have taken up with them on their email contact however they have not reverted till date.
There is no mention of Address or Contact Number on their web portal or even while registering the return request. attachments are self explanatory.
