electronics good items - decieved by the shopkeeper

I have recently purchased a Sony lcd tv. The shop name is “ The Ananda†of benachity Durgapur – 13.
He has deceived me by giving 1 and half year old model which is out of the market now. Also he has
taken Rs 10000 extra from the market price.
My model no is: KLV 40 EX 500 and I have bought it for Rs 58500.
I wanted to buy the new model: KLV 40NX 520 and he has delivered me the old model. The television
also looks old or somewhat used.
The shopkeeper is not listening to us and is not changing the product. We have been badly deceived.
I also made complaine in the sony company. They are also not listening.
Please help me out. I intended to buy that new model. He crooked us.
