Dear sir,
i will not write this complaint but now this is now going to over limit of my patience,Actually i have purchased reliance data card last January 2010 and now what, since from last four to three months my bill is coming very high even i am not using.This month again i got a huge amount of reliance data card bill ( 10,164.35 rs and actual plan is 13 GB , under this 3 gb is free for a whole day after 10 pm 10 GB is free and plan is 1049 rs which is sufficient for a normal uses people) due to access use of internet ( approx 28 GB) which i have not used that is why i rejected this bill( bill of November 2010 , data card no ********26) , this bill could not be mine because i know what i used . And this is happening with me again again since from last three months just because of this, i requested , might be this is occurring due to hacking or some by other kind of faultt.Therefore i had requested to reliance previously , please either changed ma password or issue a new number but you did not, even i had requested for whenever as my bill will cross from my credit limit according to my plan , do my services abort at that moment. On the behave of my complaint they respond me that neither they can change my data card number nor password but whenever my bill will reached more than my cross limit they will able to abort my service as per my request but as same they did not .
Now you think sir, you if customer is not using in access and bill is coming very high again and again, in this case what does customer. If you will not solve or rectify my problem then who will listen. I know this bill has came correctly but i also know i did not use ,i am understanding what is happening behind.Therefore this is my humble request to you , please hire one intelligence team from your department and trace ( rectify why or who is behind this else it will happen same) and please give me once time wavier up to my genuine amount as well as change my data card number so that i could pay my bill as soon as possible. I am very honest and always i paid my bills time to time since from January 2010 but now i much harassed from last three months by reliance services. they continue doing mistake and giving mental torches finally i. therefore kindly request to you, please do help me and safe us by there fault bills because reliance is making a fraud and fooling his customer badly.

As i told u sir, i am always on special project from my company due to this i was unbale to pic any single call in a working hour. Well last week before i recived a one call by your reliance team. she asked me regarding for problem resolution then she told me that my request is on process. After that time i never got any call by reliance. Also i request to her , please abort my all services of my data card untill my problem will not resloved esle the bill of december 2010 will generate in my account then she told she will definetly and i registred this same request pervious also bt mail and call both, but still my problem is running and i did not get any soltuion by your team. Even that my next bill is also generated now. Respected sir, please you tell me now, what i will do now. I am totally disturbed by your services. Again i am requesting, I am very honest and geniun person. I paid my all bills at time to time even u can check. But now its going over limit. Why should i pay if i did not use. Already this all process almost taken a more than months. Please rectify my problem as soon possible and hire a best insepction team to rectify my problem and find whos mind running behind this. Reply pls as soon as possible.
