From 21 SPE 2013 the day of below transaction I am constantly in touch with your senior management as the below transaction amount is deducted from my credit card by some mistake. It was told to me that the ICICI Bank Payment Gateway is blocked and no amount would be deducted from my account. But seems it is deducted.
Then from the day one I am in touch with Miss. Sandhya, Mr. KD, Mr. Rahul Giri; each one of them assuring me that the amount would be refunded to me but till time no refund received.

Next day I shared my ICICI Bank Savings account details also, it was assured to me by Mr. Rahul Giri that amount would be transferred to my account within next 30 minutes but it is not yet transferred.

PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL ON PRIORITY, I do not want this service, it is out of my budget and I can not afford it.
