Hi Sir, This is Kishore T. I have purchased a new Suzuki Access 125 under my wife name Devi on Jan'2017 from GEM Automative LLP. From day one I'm facing a problem with front wheel due to the misalignment. I requested them to check couple of times. But they didn't care a proper repair and I have been charged for couple of times without problem solved. One day they asked me to change wheel RIM with my money. I had asked, is it not covered in warranty. They told this part is not comes under warranty. So I have paid full money for this. Even though that problem hasn't been solved. So I went to another service centre and asked them the exact problem of my scooter, they said it's a wheel drum mistake and need to change in warranty. That time I said them total stoy about GEM Automative LLP what I have mentioned above. Then they introduce regional manager. With his(regional manager) help I went back to GEM Automative LLP again and begged about my warranty. Because of this money back I visited them lot of times. Finally they have reversed back my money for 855 rupees instead of my bill value 1160. I have attached the bill copy with this mail. Simply they are doing this type of fraud business. Especially the person Ramana Reddy(Sales Manager) is simply cheating customers. I have totally lost my time and money with these type of fraud. Please punish them.
