I had applied for a cooking gas connection along with other residents of my building.even though other residents had been been given connection about amonth back my flat has been left out .MGL's workers visited several times on the pretext of making the connection but on some pretext or other left saying they will be back by evening,which has never come and they are not traceable now.

I have paid all the necessary money and have complied with all MGL's requirements.I would like to know when i can avail of the piped gas connection and why the delay without any intimation!
