This is fraud agency marketing apparels through instagram.. these people post pictures on instagram on lehenga or sarees which are the replicas of the bollywood designers and when you order you get really pathetic products which do not match any percent of the real image. This is my story. I bought 2 Salwar and 1 lehenga all worth 5450 rupees. These fraud sent me only 2 products and charged me the complete amount . when I tried to call them on this number 0********13 I get no answer. and there has been no response to my watsapp msgs ( they only respond through watsapp msgs). She just reads the msgs and do not respond on the cases exchange refund ..only time she reads is for a new trap where she would proudly say we can refund in case you do not like the materials. I went to the courier agency and found out the shipper details. This is a lady who manages the similar portal called "all eyes over here" this is a partner in crime. I told her that I did not receive the third product she sends the product and again demands money of 10rs 1700. when we told the courier guy that this the case if refund he couldn't do anything and I asked the courier guy to take back the product. I am cheated. I did not receive the 3rd salwar and the 2 products I received were completely pathetic. I am in total loss of 5450rs.
I request you to take action against these guys. block these guys. These guys are cheating i dont know how many customers and getting away as they only deal with watsapp numbers.
I bought a lehanga worth Rs. 1800/- from these people. they had displayed something on their site and when called for cross checking they promised that they will send the exact item what is displayed on their site but the product what i received was entirely different nor the color nor material is matching. Now when i am asking for refund they are denying to do so instead asking me to exchange but i lost confidence in the quality of their items. They don't respond for calls nor messages. nor they are giving me their address to where i should courier it back. they are real frauds, instead of cheating people this way and earning money they can either beg for their livelihood or do any other easy business (don't want to mention). The lady who once attended my calls she is just and employee and when asked to connect the call to the boss she doesn't do that. she being as single lady has been cheating many people this way and we like idiots fall into her trap.
