BSNL Limited - Complaint not entertained timely

Since from beggining when we take IPTV connection,we are facing problem (Page not found,can\'t connect to server,loading,pls wait etc...).whenever complaint is registered to BSNL staff mobile number or 1500,they say it will be solved soon.But many times it took around 3-4 days.This time also,its two days since we did the complaint but not solved yet.
Complainant's Goal: Response time must be reduced and actual condition should be told to customer
