Respect Sir,
I Anuj Sehrawat brought an Activa in October 2011 from Shubham Sai Honda & from the starting the staff's way of talking is totaly rude.
They don't know how to treat to a Customer. When I went there for my Ist Service of Activa, they gave the same issue which they usually use (Our Mechanic is on leave). They said to me, if you want to get your service, you have to wait for 5 days, or you can come on next week.
Sir, I want to know your side, If the customer wents for service at the correct time, then why they goes to lazy, Is it not takes any affect on company and its product?? After all it is the Question of the reputation of the company.
Although, I went there next week & asked them for the service, the service was done. But the Service In-charge came again and again and Said to me, to go to your seat and let the mechanic to do his duty. Sir on that day my 2 liter petrol was stolen by the service staff.
On, 2nd service I again went there for the service & they did the service but with full of revenge. They again stolen my Petrol and when I said that I'll complaint of you, they said "Do whatever, what you want, no one can stop us. ok??" even from the 2nd time service, Activa continuously giving sound from Engine and from Mud-Guard side. Even they don't have a single certified Mechanic.
Please take action against the SHUBHAM SAI HONDA.

Sub:- complaint regarding HONDA BIKE CB SHINE.
Respected Sir,
I would like to inform you that on 17th of July 2013, I have purchased two CB SHINE Bike from SHUBAN SAI HONDA Najafgrah (authorized dealer) Dealer code DL-010015. On the same date I got the delivery of both the bikes on the name Romesh Kumar Bhat and Rajender Kumar Bhat. Next day I fill the fuel take for Rs 500/- and keep running and also keep the vigil on the fuel meter. As per customer book page no 12 and as per meter the (RES) reserve should be on at the Red patch of the meter. But it continued running on FUEL ON and till the needle of meter reached at the (E) exhaust. The reserve was on. On my first servicing on 17/8/2013 the complaint was booked in the job card but the technical staff at shuban sai Honda said this is a manufacture fault and can not be solved unless some spares will be available. The manager of workshop has advised me to book the parts at the spare parts room. Both parts were indented in the request register at the workshop. On my 2nd servicing I again complaint the said problem. No favorable reply said one part has been received but one part is pending also said that within one weak part will be available. Now more than five months have passed but my problem has not been solved forced me to contact you. Further I want to say that both the bikes have same problem.
This problem has many times confused me that how much fuel is in the tank of bike. I therefore request you that action may taken in this regard at your end at the earliest.

Same thing happened with me also.. and the worst part is that they charge extra amount by giving some fraud bill apart from the main bill. so please take action against them as they the letting down the name of the "honda" company..
