This comlaint against Dilbagh Singh PNB Bank Rasoolpur Kalan Distt Amritsar Punjab. I visited this bank 17.12.2014 and ask to Mr Dilbagh Singh please cash my school cheque Rs 45000/- and after he extremely rude and misbehaved verbally with me.HE refuse my school cheque and told me we no need school Account in our bank. I told to Bank P.O. R.K.Bhagat he also support his emloyee.
