Please note that I Rakesh dutt ordered Following item with Order no 20151231071589.
Item name: Videocon INFINIUM Z40lite + Andriod phone(ROI)
Colour: White
Item code:152374.
IMEI NO: ********1210455
Above item is having an auto off problem and to solve i have given this mobile to nearest vediocon service centre for repair.
After 2 months this service centre returned me mobile and advised that this mobile has to replaced by company with new mobile as above item is still in warranty centre.
Please advice me the procedure to be followed to get the mobile replace with new one.
