Sub.: Complaint Against Electricity Bill Payment CA No. 103237964

Sir/Madam,

This is with reference to the complaint against electricity bill payment. The above meter is in the name of Ram Kumar Aggarwal vide CA No. 103237964 R/o POLE NO-214 WEST SAGAR PUR NEW DELHI 110046. We received the electricity bill for the period of July to August 2014 of Rs 6210 but when I made online payment of my bill on 21/08/2014 of the same ,the amount of Rs 6272 was deducted from my bank A/c.
Therefore you are kindly requested to refund the excess amount i.e Rs 62 or ensure me that the excess amount you will adjust in my next bill .
