I bought new enfield motorcycle 350 classic on 20.06.2012 from Garg Autos, sector 32- chandigarh in my name i.e. Rajeev Bhandari for my son, vide bill no. 700148 dated 20.06.2012, & within 2-3 days the front wheel started bubbling ,when my son approached the agency they refused to entertain my complaint on the pretext that RIM is not covered, however I presume that RIM is a part of motorcycle.
My only complaint is to get the WHEEL RIM ( FRONT) replaced to avoid any mishap ,because I purchased the bike on 20.06.2012 AT CHANDIGARH ONLY.
