Sir,i bought a vcare mobile pack for 2 years warranty period extension by paying rs 500.I got memory card reading problems in my fone so i gave it for repairing to vcare on 14-11-2011 but till today they hv nt given my fone,as there policy says that 7to 14 in case of parts shortage but my mobile is with them in their service center.When i call them they make excuses everytime.I told them that i will go to consumer court there manager says u cant do anything against us in consumer and even police cant do anything.Sir plz take a strict action against them

yes, there service is pathetic and so is their attitude towards customer satisfaction. They took my phone on 10th July 2012 for a minor problem of headphone jack malfunction and haven't delivered my phone yet, on calling their customer care they make excuses and refuse to give us information such as when our phone will be delivered. What is more disappointing is that they are not afraid that any action might be taken against them, may b due to carelessness of the company and higher authorities.
