My Husband Mr.Bijesh Shah has taken a loan from your bank. but last 4 month ago he is not capable to paying your loan installment.so, from your collection department whose name is Mr.. Ravi Malhotra is given so much bad words to me , My father in law & my mother in law because my Husband is not is here from so many days. Please you take some action against of Mr. Ravi Malhotra.
Complainant's Goal: they have not use a bad words to us.
