I HAD BOOKED APOLLO DKV ANNUAL TRAVEL INSURANCE POLICY ON 21-07-2013 ONLINE ON COMPAREBIMA.COM SITE AND PAID Rs2499/- FOR THE SAME VIA CREDIT CARD.THE PAYMENT WAS DEBITED IN MY CARD ACCOUNT.TILL TODAY THEY HAVE NOT SENT THE POLICY COPY. THE CONTACT NUMBERS GIVEN ARE NOT EXISTING.EVEN THE EMAIL ADDRESS GIVEN BY THEM IS WRONG.I TRIED TO CALL THEM BUT ALL THE NUMBERS DO NOT EXIST. ALL MY MAILS SENT WERE RETURNED.I THINK THE WEBSITE IS A BIG FRAUD AND COLLECTING MONEY AND THEREAFTER THEY ARE NOT CONTACTABLE BY ANY MEANS. MY CONFIRMATION NO.GIVEN BY THEM BY EMAIL CONFIRMIMG RECEIPT OF PAYMENT AND BOOKING OF POLICY IS PBTRV425037.
TILL DATE THEY ARE NOT CONTACTABLE .

I had booked bajaj allianz travel insurance policy through policybazaar/comparebima. I received a confirmation email from info@comparebima.com. However, I didn't get any response when I emailed them my query nor did their Haryana number seem to exist. However I did receive a call from policybazaar the next day and they forwarded me the policy copy. The customer care told me that it was a server error at the insurance company end which caused the delay in the email. I have finally received the policy copy. Advise I was given: Always call the agent/broker and keep him on line until policy booking is completed.
