I have paid Rs 1100 for Dish TV DTH connection on 03/09/2016 by debit card on line payment. they have neither installed the connection nor they are entertaining our calls.
They just pick up the call assuming a new client. Once I start talking about my concern, they disconnect the call.
They are doing Digital marketing through their site comes in top of google. There are so many people like are getting tapped by them every day. Plz take some action.

The same thing happened to me also, I ordered through comparedth for dish tv connection on 02.10.2017 after getting promise that the same will be installed within 24 hrs, but each and everyday they are giving some message that the same will be installed within 2-3days.I tried to contact to their customer care, but no one picked up the call. I Mailed to get my money back, but they are reluctant. I paid Rs. 1799online. More than one month over, please can you suggest the procedure to complain in consumer forum against them?
